Over a year ago, we had a monumental meeting here at DUDE.

We sat down to re-invent our company Core Values.

Up to this point, our Core Values came from the top (ie Chris), but this was an opportunity for the team to come together and inject their own ideas and values into what would become our company’s NEW Core Values.

And the results were absolutely phenomenal.

The Core Values that the staff came up with were way better than what Chris had come up with on his own.

And best of all, the team embraced (and still embraces) these Core Values to help guide their decisions and to also help shape our very unique company culture.
