Magic Marketing Quotes from our Guest
“Our culture would 100% not be what it is today without the culture committee. I can confidently say that.”
“While, when we’re in the office, we want people to be as productive as possible, I think those little 5-10 minute conversations about what movie I saw this weekend or what band I went to see or whatever, I think that’s really important in having a productive environment.”
“Having low client turnover is a huge part of why we’ve been able to grow.”

About Our Guest
Kace Phillips was born and in Dallas, Texas and after a perfectly normal 5 year run at Arizona State, he graduated and moved back to Dallas and began working as a copywriter in an experiential advertising agency. After getting his feet wet there, he moved on to a startup music company, and then started his own app development company. When that didn’t work out as planned, I landed back in the agency world. For some reason, I still haven’t left.
