Over the past couple years, DUDE has grown from just a handful of people in a little office to now dozens of people in a huge warehouse-turned-technology-hub.
And with all the growth, we’ve created many unique and fun memories that help to shape our company culture.
We’ve always believed that our people are our most valuable assets, which is why we are always trying to create a work environment that helps our people grow both inside and outside the office.
From the monthly kickoff meetings, to the quarterly reviews, to the camping trip, and all the little things in between, DUDE would not be where we are today if it wasn’t for the strength and character of our amazing team.
