How did you enjoy Part 1 of this video series?
Well today, we’re talking about Mexican Independence Day (which is NOT 5 de Mayo contrary to what a lot of Americans think).
It’s definitely the biggest day to celebrate being Mexican and all the amazing things that Mexico has overcome.
We’re also going to talk about Dia de los Muertos.
If you’ve ever seen the movie “Coco” you can get a really good understanding of the importance of Dia de los Muertos within the Mexican Culture.
And of course, a Mexican celebration would not be the same without BEER so Jose is going to tell you about the “posada” and what that means to the Mexican people.
